Since 1989, the Valley of the Arts has celebrated creativity by showcasing a diverse array of music, theatre, dance, visual arts, literature, and gastronomy. During the festival, the villages transform into vibrant cultural hubs where visitors can stroll through historic streets and attend performances and creative workshops.

This event will transform the villages of Kapolcs, Taliándörögd, and Vigántpetend into a captivating setting that brings together thousands of artists, musicians, and performers.

The unique aspect of the Valley of Arts Festival is that, instead of traditional stages, it transforms the streets, buildings, and institutions of three villages - Kapolcs, Taliándörögd, and Vigántpetend - into concert halls, galleries, and theaters.

Every year, at the end of July, the festival offers ten days of activities that include:

Music concerts: Folk, world music, jazz, rock and electronic music performances.

Theatre and dance: Experimental and traditional performances, contemporary dance productions.

Visual arts and exhibitions: Open studios, street art and interactive installations.

Workshops and discussions: Painting, ceramics, literary workshops and cultural discourses.

Family programs: Puppet theater, children's concerts and storytelling.

Location: Kapolcs, Taliándörögd, Vigántpetend - Veszprém county, Hungary.
